The college always had a deep-rooted relation with the Ex-Students.
The relationship was symbiotic in every way. The college could
not forget the half blown roses who passed out and got establishment
in the society as responsible citizens of the country. The students
also could not forget their ‘HOME’ of three years
and the contribution of the college towards making them what
they are today. Their sense of gratitude and belonging for the
college brought them back to their roots in an attempt to do
something for the college in future by way of sharing its problems
etc. Gradually they formed an Association which can today claim
of spreading harmony and solidarity amongst its members.
Alumni Associasion of the college has been established in December,
2002. It has organised its A.G.M. in the college in the last
two years. Every member present in the meeting has expressed
his willingness to help the authority for the development of
the college. The association proposed to set up a Statue of
Prabhu Jagatbandhu in the college premises in this session.
Smt. Aparna Ghosh an alumnus of the college, who is presently
the Head of the Department of Philosophy in Abhedananda Mahabidyalaya,
Sainthia, Birbhum has donated Rs. 5,000/- to this association.
Regular Students’ meet are organized by the Alumni Association
to highlight on the significance of the Alumni Association ,
the sentiments attached herewith , and its contribution for
the college. Thus students were motivated to join the Association
in large number and thereby make the Association a highly enriched
